Welcome to Fujn, operated by Screenshot ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Bitcoin transaction acceleration services, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of our services.

1. Service Overview

• Fujn provides Bitcoin transaction acceleration services to help expedite transaction confirmations on the blockchain.
• While we aim to improve confirmation times, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or confirmation times due to the inherent randomness of the Bitcoin network.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

2.1 Payment Terms

• Full payment must be received within one hour of placing an order.
• Payments received after this period may incur additional fees.

2.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available for transactions that have already been confirmed or successfully accelerated.
• Partial payments will not be refunded and will require full completion for service initiation.
• Overpayments are considered tips and are non-refundable.

2.3 Exclusions from Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for invalid or incorrectly submitted transactions.
• Transactions confirmed by competing services are not eligible for refunds.

3. Transaction Handling

• We reserve the right to decline service for any transaction that appears invalid, unlawful, or contrary to these terms.
• If a transaction is already included in the next block, we may not proceed with acceleration and are not obligated to notify the Client. However, we may contact the Client at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure the accuracy of all transaction details provided.
• Clients are responsible for retaining their order ID for tracking and support purposes.

5. Privacy Policy

• Fujn collects only the transaction ID for processing. No personal information or IP addresses are logged.
• We do not create user profiles or require account registration for service access.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Fujn is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion, mining pool availability, or other factors beyond our control.
• We do not guarantee transaction confirmation, as mining outcomes depend on multiple external variables.

7. Intellectual Property

• The fujn name and logo are trademarks owned by Screenshot. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• Reference to Fujn must adhere to fair use policies and cannot imply affiliation without permission.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
